Shipping policy

 

My aim is to ship all orders placed before 2:30pm GMT that the same day (excluding weekends and national holidays) and any placed after 2:30pm on the next working day. During busy periods such as new kit launches and sale events dispatch times may increase to 2-3 working days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order I will contact you by email.

Delivery is free within the UK on Premium Kits and orders over £50. Otherwise delivery is charged at a flat rate of:

We do not currently ship outside of the UK. The impact of Brexit has meant that selling physical products to the EU as a small business has become prohibitively expensive and problematic and so we have had to cease doing so. Hopefully this will change in the future but for now we can only apologise for having to take this step.

Two Owls Design is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied to your order. All fees that are imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries will be made in accordance with the address provided at the time of order. Any inaccuracies in the delivery information provided leading to failure to deliver the order is the responsibility of the customer.

Two Owls Design is not responsible for any deliveries that are lost or damaged by Royal Mail. Replacements or refunds will be offered where possible providing that the customer assists in the investigations to obtain compensation from Royal Mail.
